Fish for: largemouth bass
Location: points and dropoffs, near submergent vegetation and emergent vegetation, 10 to 15 feet of water
Use: A 6" blue, brown or purple plastic lizard or plastic worm with a Carolina style rig
Technique: cast and retrieve very slowly
Tips: A 1/8 ounce worm weight will do nicely. Use a medium spinning or baitcast rod with around 12 pound test line.
8 AM - 10 AM

Fish for: largemouth bass
Location: dropoffs and points, near submergent vegetation and areas without cover, 2 to 15 feet of water
Use: A 8" purple, brown or blue plastic worm with a drop-shot rig
Technique: dropshot very slowly
Tips: A 1/4 ounce walking sinker or bank sinker is a good choice. Use a light spinning rod with around 4 pound test line.
10 AM - 7 PM

Use: A 2" black, purple or brown weedless jig or jig

Tips: Pick a jig with a weight of about 1/4 oz. Use a medium spinning or baitcast rod with around 12 pound test line.
